black on black on black smoothie

like a green smoothie, but more chic! also, it tastes divine.

the black smoothie:
(serves 1-2)

1/3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
2-3 c. spinach
~8 oz. apple juice

combine, blend and enjoy!
